Welcome to Lawrence Park North

Lawrence Park North is a safe, peaceful and affluent North Toronto neighbourhood with its northern boundaries Brooke Avenue, its west boundary just east of Avenue Road, its eastern boundary midway between Yonge Street and Bayview Avenue and its southern boundary along Lawrence Avenue.

What it's like

A very family-oriented neighbourhood, Avenue Road and Yonge Street have a variety of establishments that cater to different budgets. For example, Good Fruit Good Life Market on Yonge and Cranbrooke attracts the locals for fresh produce at a higher price, while a more budget-friendly Loblaws is a 5-minute walk north.

The Neighbourhood

Lawrence Park North residents are high-income earners, as is demonstrated by the luxury cars parked in driveways and large, well-maintained properties. The majority of households are young, growing families that appreciate the neighbourhood’s quiet streets and educational offerings.

This neighbourhood is serviced by plenty of great schools, including John Wanless Jr PS, Blessed Sacrament Catholic School and Bedford Park Jr PS. The Bedford Park Community Centre is small but hosts a variety of swimming and sports programmes as well as summer camps. The Yonge Street strip has a range of great commercial offerings.
