The southern boundary conforms with a position approximately north of 19th Avenue (York Regional Road 29). Whitchurch-Stouffville is "Country close to the City".

This is a well-rounded family-oriented community with outstanding sports and arts facilities. It is surprisingly convenient for commuters who can easily access the Go Train station off Main Street and take the train all the way to Union Station in downtown Toronto.
