Woodbine Heights is bordered on the east by Main Street, on the north by Taylor Creek Park and O'Connor Drive, and on the west by Woodbine Avenue. The southern border runs via the tracks and Harris Avenue.

Woodbine - Lumsden is a quiet residential neighbourhood. The streets are quiet and green, with lots of trees, and schools, parks, and playgrounds. Most of the action takes place on the Danforth, the main shopping strip.
